  Our first official session of the 2025 season! Come meet new members, catch up with old friends, and start the year off with a fun game of badminton.

  Come join us for a fun and relaxed day of Singles games! It’s a great chance to enjoy some friendly play, challenge yourself, and have a good time.

  Celebrate the end of our season with a final play session and community gathering. We’ll reflect on the season’s highlights and share plans for the future.

Welcome to the Ottawa Birdies!

Founded in 2022, our club aims to create a welcoming, inclusive community for players of all skill levels. We believe badminton is a great way to stay active, have fun, and connect with others. 

Join us and be part of a vibrant badminton community in Ottawa, where sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fun are at the heart of everything we do!

Meet Chloe, our mascot – a unicorn with rainbow hair! They're here to add a little sparkle, magic, and maybe even some extra speed to your game.    

Join us for the 2025 Fall Season at the Ottawa Birdies Badminton Club! Our sessions will run every Saturday from September 20 to Nov 29, offering 2 hours of playtime from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at the Hintonburg Community Gym (1064 Wellington Street).

Cost Options:

• Option 1: $60 Season Pass ($6 for each session)– Your weekly spot is guaranteed.

• Option 2: $8 per drop-in – Receive an email invitation only when a spot is available.
