🆕🚨 Are you looking for a competitive group this summer? If you’re interested, we invite you to join our tryout round. This ensures that players who earn a spot are strong competitors who can elevate the level of play and bring intensity to each game. By passing the tryout, you’ll be guaranteed to play with other strong players.
Once you earn a spot, you’ll have weekly access to two courts and compete at a high level with other strong players. Feather shuttles will be used, and only top performers will be part of this group.

Each November, our players gather to seed garlic into the soil, planting the quiet foundation of the year ahead. In July, we return together to harvest the garlic and plant sunflowers, marking the peak of summer with shared work and renewal.
The garlic grown at Birdies Farm is organic and locally cultivated, and it is sold within the community. All proceeds are reinvested back into Birdies events, helping fund community activities and providing raffle prizes that bring added excitement and connection throughout the season.
By August, the garden’s flowers are gathered and transformed into fresh bouquets for the Birdies Cup, a badminton tournament where achievement is celebrated not only with medals, but with flowers grown by the same community that supports it. Each bouquet is a living symbol of effort, growth, and connection. If you've been inspired by our work, love gardening, and would like to help Birdies Farm, we invite you to join us at our upcoming event.
Upcoming event: Saturday July 4th, club picnic & BBQ (charcoal) at Birdies farm to plant sunflowers for the upcoming Birdies Cup 2026. After planting, stay for canoe, kayak, and BBQ & lunch potluck together.
